HRconnect Performance Managment

Kaiser Permanente leaders set goals for their organizations, and these goals cascade through managers and employees so everyone's efforts support Kaiser Permanente's business priorities and values. Performance goals describe what results are expected, and behaviors reflect how those goals should be achieved. Work with your manager to understand your department's goals and to set annual goals consistent with departmental and organizational goals.

KP Mentoring

Take charge of your career development by obtaining advice and strategies from someone who has been there before. Use the KP Mentoring website to find a mentor for networking connections, short information-sharing or longer mentoring relationships.

Business Resource Groups

Since 1989, the Business Resource Groups (BRGs) bring people from shared life experiences together to foster a culture of belonging, support KP’s mission, and advance equity and inclusion in our workforce, care delivery and community. Today, Kaiser Permanente has 10 BRG communities co-creating experiences and opportunities that reinforce Kaiser Permanente's organizational values and priorities for its workforce, members and communities.

genKP

GenKP is a multigenerational group that focuses on professional development, cross-organizational collaboration, and shaping the future and culture of Kaiser Permanente. GenKP strives to engage KP employees in various events and programs such as leadership development, community involvement, thrive activities and social networking.

Women Empowered at KP

Women Empowered at KP (WE@KP) Business Resource Group inspires and empowers KP employees professionally and personally through the workforce, community programs and resources with a focus on the unique aspects of women. WE@KP establishes programs and events for skill-building, career development and reaching out to the community to provide what is needed.
