KP Workplace of the Future Video Contest 2015

Objective:

Envision how your workplace might change in the future. Create a video that depicts what you think work at Kaiser Permanente might look like in the future. For example:

• How is the work you do going to change?
• Where will you do your work?
• What new processes or techniques will you use?
• How will technology change the way you do your work / or affect your work?
• Who will you work with?
• What types of skills will you need in the future?

The purpose of the contest is to stimulate conversation and thought about your vision of what the future will look like. The winning videos will be featured at the Workforce of the Future Conference on October 7.

Rules:

Before you start setting up story boards, writing scripts, and shooting some video be sure to read the RULES carefully. Violation of any of the rules will disqualify your video from the contest.

Judging:

There will be three winners chosen based on overall production quality, originality, humor, entertainment value, and innovation.

Prizes:

The employee who submits a winning video will receive an Apple Watch Sport™. There is ONE Apple Watch per winning video so no matter how many people work on the video only one prize will be awarded.
If the value of the gift or award exceeds $25.00 the amount will be reported to KP Payroll as taxable income. You will be responsible for any taxes due on gifts or awards in excess of $25.00. (Estimated value of the prize is $300.00)
