Executive Director, Digital Content and AI Products, Kaiser Permanente
Art Klein is a health care IT executive with extensive experience across the technology product lifecycle, including strategy, architecture, and operations. As executive director at Kaiser Permanente, he leads enterprise artificial intelligence and digital content initiatives, including AI governance and scalable platform development.
He has led a wide range of functions at Kaiser Permanente. They include infrastructure services, implementing enterprise systems, and business operation functions of a 500-person organization. Previously, he served as CIO of the San Francisco Health Plan and held roles at PwC, Capgemini, and Chares Schwab & Co, focusing on compliance, outsourcing, and system design.
He began his career in software development and brings decades of experience driving innovation in complex environments. He holds a mechanical engineering degree from Northwestern University.

Vice President, Office of Labor Management Partnership, Kaiser Permanente; Co-Director, Ben Hudnall Memorial Trust
Albert Mossman is a seasoned health care executive at Kaiser Permanente. He has more than 20 years of experience in the health care industry, specializing in human resources and labor relations. He holds an executive MBA from the University of Hawaii.
He began his career with Kaiser Permanente in Hawaii. He joined KP Northern California in January 2018 as executive director of Labor Relations. He currently serves as vice president of Labor Management Partnership and Workforce Planning and Development. He works closely with the Alliance of Health Care Unions and the Coalition of Kaiser Permanente Unions to drive innovation that enhances care delivery and fosters a high‑performance workplace.
In this role, he also oversees National Workforce Planning and Development.
Prior to joining Kaiser Permanente, he held several senior leadership roles, including vice president of Human Resources for an energy utility company, along with other key HR positions.

Executive Director, Nursing Workforce Development and Innovation, Kaiser Permanente
Dan Weberg is a fellow of the American Academy of Nursing and a leader in nursing workforce innovation and health care transformation. As executive director at Kaiser Permanente, he drives enterprise workforce strategy, residency programs, and innovation initiatives across a national system.
His experience includes leadership roles in innovation, research, and technology strategy, as well as serving as vice president at Ascension and head of clinical innovation at Trusted Health. He was also part of the founding faculty for the Kaiser Permanente Bernard J. Tyson School of Medicine.
An active educator and author, he serves on faculty at The Ohio State University and has published extensively on nursing leadership and innovation. He holds bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degrees in health care innovation from Arizona State University.

Director, HR Strategy Design, Kaiser Permanente
Ken Joseph brings over 32 years of experience at Kaiser Permanente with more than 25 in Learning and Development (L&D) roles, built around a simple conviction: Technology only delivers results when people are equipped, confident, and engaged to use it.
His work has consistently focused on the human side of technological change. He led the training strategy behind Kaiser Permanente's first telemedicine launch. He directed 15+ Epic implementations. He also embedded digital fluency curricula as a requirement for both new employee and new leader onboarding.
He serves as a co-chair for the KP Learning Conference. The event brings together 6,000+ employees annually to advance learning and capability across the organization. In his current role, he leads the development and optimization of L&D solutions for new and existing technologies across Kaiser Permanente.

Vice President and National Bargaining Department Director, UFCW International; Trustee, Ben Hudnall Memorial Trust
Bryan Wynn directs the United Food and Commercial Workers International Union’s National Bargaining Department. He oversees contract negotiations impacting UFCW members nationwide. With nearly 4 decades of union leadership experience, he has held roles across organizing, collective bargaining, and benefits administration.
Wynn began his career with UFCW Local 655 in St. Louis. He advanced through numerous leadership positions, including secretary-treasurer of Local 1000 and international vice president. He is widely recognized for his deep expertise in labor relations and his commitment to advancing workers’ rights across the country.

Project Manager IV, HR Strategy and Management, Kaiser Permanente
Alan Brisbon has spent more than 18 years at Kaiser Permanente, turning strategy into execution through analytics, program leadership, and organizational change. He has experience in Northern California and Program Offices.
He believes the real advantage in the AI era comes less from mastering prompting or chasing new AI tools, and more from strengthening the meta skills needed to apply AI thoughtfully and effectively. This includes critical thinking, problem solving, workflow design, communication, and decision‑making.
His background includes business intelligence, Agile coaching, HR strategy implementation, program management, and organizational change. More recently, his work has focused on building employee confidence and practical fluency with AI in everyday work as generative AI has emerged.
He completed training through Stanford University’s Human‑Centered AI program and Georgetown University’s Applied Generative AI for Enhanced Team Performance program. He also is part of Kaiser Permanente’s inaugural Microsoft Copilot Champions cohort.
