  • Vote for the best training program.

The event is open to all employees. Attend as your duties allow.

How to Play

To play, first register or log in for Workforce Development Week. Then you can earn points and collect badges by doing activities during the week.

Earn at least 300 points to be entered into a random prize drawing:

  • 1 winner: Apple iPad
  • 1 winner: Apple AirPods
  • 25 winners: selfie ring light

Jump in and start earning. It’s a fun way to learn. And you might win a prize!
Bonus: We want your feedback on the event. Fill out our 2-minute survey to be entered into a random prize drawing. The winner will get Apple AirPods.

Note: All who register can earn points, collect badges, and move up the leaderboard. To be eligible for the prize drawings, you must be a Kaiser Permanente employee.


The point system

  • Learning Paths: 25 points for each completed session
  • Skill Boosts: 50 points for each completed session
  • Live Events: 50 points for each live session
