Apprenticeships

Apprenticeships combine paid on-the-job learning with classroom instruction to prepare workers for high-skilled careers.

At Kaiser Permanente, we’re partnering with our unions and education trusts to create apprenticeships to help fill in-demand jobs and create career paths.

Interested in starting an apprenticeship? Contact your regional Workforce of the Future implementation specialist or Workforce Planning and Development Committee and find out more from the Ben Hudnall Memorial Trust and the SEIU UHW-West & Joint Employer Education Fund.
