HRconnect Performance Managment

Kaiser Permanente leaders set goals for their organizations, and these goals cascade through managers and employees so everyone's efforts support Kaiser Permanente's business priorities and values. Performance goals describe what results are expected, and behaviors reflect how those goals should be achieved. Work with your manager to understand your department's goals and to set annual goals consistent with departmental and organizational goals.

KP Mentoring

Take charge of your career development by obtaining advice and strategies from someone who has been there before. Use the KP Mentoring website to find a mentor for networking connections, short information-sharing or longer mentoring relationships.

Multicultural Staff Associations & MRGBs

Kaiser Permanente has a proud history of supporting Multicultural Staff Associations. These Associations/Groups consist of racial, ethnic, disability and sexual orientation affinity groups, which are a rich source of cultural expertise and a primary linkage to community segments. They play a critically important role in providing cultural knowledge to inform and advance business initiatives, as well as provide essential feedback to the Program.


genKP provides personal and professional development opportunities for our members to develop their skill sets, learn from industry leaders and maximize their potential at work. Development opportunities include the genKP Mentoring group, "brown bag" learning sessions, and the Emerging Leaders Circle.

KP Women in Technology

Connect with KP Women in Technology, an internal networking and mentoring group that supports women working in technology occupations at Kaiser Permanente. (available only on the KP Intranet)


KP WELL (KP Women Embracing Life and Leadership) is a business resource group devoted to furthering women and leadership at all levels. Sponsored by KP's Diversity Department, this association provides opportunities for education, networking and development.
